Mission
Build the tool. Publish the method.
Popy makes small, focused tools for the people who ship mobile apps — usually alone, usually while doing three other jobs. Every one of them started as something we needed ourselves.
But the tool is only half of what building it produced. The other half is the method: the decisions that turned out to matter, the mistakes worth naming, the process that actually got it out the door. That half normally stays in one person's head and dies there. We write it down and give it away.
Vision
An independent developer scene that compounds — where what you worked out shipping your app this year still saves someone a week three years from now, with your name still on it.
We publish the process, not just the product.
The repos are open and the methods ship as agent skills distilled from the actual build — not from a blog post written about it afterwards. If we learned it making something, it goes out with the something.
Credit belongs to whoever did the work.
skills.popy.app is a front door, not an owner. Every skill stays in its author's repo, links back, and the install command prints their name before it prints ours. When we package someone else's thinking, we say so — and we say exactly what we changed.
